4-7-8 Breathing Exercise
A simple and quick breathing exercise to calm the anxious mind.  This exercise has a natural tranquilizing effect.
 It should be performed for the first time while seated, back straight.  Dr. Paykel talks you through the entire
exercise.  The calming nature of this exercise may not be immediately apparent but with consistent repetition
